Joe was very active in the selling of our home. He didn't just put a sign in the front yard. He was very proactive. Joe put forth a lot of effort to sell the home. He used all of the marketing tools that were available to him. That helped with getting a lot of people interested in the home and we had a lot of foot traffic because of Joe's effort.
